Jon was been our inspector for well over 5plus years. His attention to details is always what we tell our clients. I can always rest easy that he doesn't overwhelm the buyers. Which is greatly appreciated; this last inspection was for our buyer, who was a 1st-time homebuyer. Will always recommend him. Even Santa thinks he's a great guy! He changed our buyer's tire without leaving her waiting for her towing service. Great guy!!!
