This is my second time using SEC for a home inspection and I am very happy once again! Our inspector was very thorough, and inspected every square inch of the house. He was nice enough to sit down with us afterwards and explain every detail of his findings. We were very happy with the report, especially the detailed photos provided. I will highly recommend SEC to anybody in the Tampa Bay Area looking for a home inspection. They are punctual, diligent, and very friendly. Highly recommend!!
