I am overwhelmed with the service I received today from this company! I had to get a 4pt inspection done right away because my Home owners insurance went up from 5.2k to 6.3k for the renewal. I only had a few days to get this done in order to change to citizens 2.9k ( my only other choice for insurance) and save over 3.4k per year.( HUGE difference) so needless to say I was frantic! I called SEC and they were able to get someone out the very next day. Jon was fantastic! He showed up early, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He answered all of my questions and explained anything that I was unsure of ie...my roofing documents, insurance reasons for the different areas to be inspected,etc... He went above and beyond his job! He prepared everything and even emailed the results to my Insurance agent today so that my new policy could be written and sent to my loan service today Therefore, no lapse of coverage. I am so grateful for this kind of service! I will ALWAYS recommend this company to anyone that needs inspections done ( or just anyone who will listen, LOL) Thank you, Thank you, Thank you SEC inspections!!!
