I called several inspection companies to get a quote for WindMit. They were the least expensive of those I called. Yet from the first call I made and spoke to Vanessa, it was the most professional and friendly experience from start to finish. They had availability the next business day in my area and unlike the other companies, they sent the report the same day upon payment. Jeff really took his time to ensure I got a prper inspection. He also took his time explaining all 7 parts of the inspection form. He explained in a way that was like home inspections for dummies. Yet, he in no way made me feel like a dummy in his approach. I felt like I was talking to someone who had been my friend for life. At one point, my middle son came home and he immediately greeted him. After Jeff left, my son said he was the nicest guy. Unfortunately, my internet was not cooperating. Even though Jeff took his time and waited quite a while to try & process a file, it just would not send. If it had, I would have quite possibly had the report before he even left. After he left, I went online made the payment and had the report that evening in my email. Even though they were the least expensive, they absolutely did not fit the norm for "you get what you pay for". You will not find better service or pricing. Jeff exceeded my expectations.
