We had SEC come do the inspection on our new home. The office staff was great and was super nice when we had to change our appointment date/time. JB did our inspection and was great about answering questions at the end of the inspection. JB had all our reports done the same evening of the inspection and the reports helped us negotiate some concessions at closing. SEC's rates were better than what we had budgeted. Overall, we are super happy with the job SEC did for us and we will reccommend them to everyone we know. Big thanks to the whole team. 😊
