Great experience with SEC Inspection Services. Called on Friday to schedule a home inspection for a home I am purchasing and was able to schedule the inspection for the very next morning on Saturday. I did the 4 point, wind and WDO inspections. I felt like Jeff did a very thorough inspection and was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. The inspection took over 3 hours and no stone was left unturned. Jeff made sure I knew where all the shutoffs and control panels were for the water, sprinkler and electrical systems which were also mentioned in the final report. Received the 4 inspection reports on the following Moday -- 4 point, wind mitigation, WDO, and full report. Would highly recommend doing business with SEC Inspection Services.
