I could not have had a better experience with SEC Inspection Services. Although I did receive some bad news about the house my wife and I want to buy, Dan, my inspector, was very informative and helpful. He went over his report with me and explained all of the inspection points in detail. And he has good people skills and a great sense of humor. In the event that we have to buy a different home, I will be asking for Dan by name. As stressful as buying a home can be, SEC Inspection Services was definitely able to offer much needed peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone who is purchasing a home soon.
