This is my 2nd home inspection done by Dan he definitely knows what he's doing. He spends the time to go over the entire report makes sure you understand it .Answers any questions. I Did not feel like he was in a hurry to leave . I really feel like I'm in good hands when dealing with SEC inspection ,Also there office staff is top notch , Thanks SEC!!!
