Very thorough inspection by Dan. Listed every possible repair/replace from over grown bushes to leak found in wall. Very knowledgeable! Came out on very short notice and inspection report was sent back to me same day as we were in a time crunch with the inspection period. - GREATLY APPRECIATED! Office staff was helpful on more than one occasion. All three ladies in the office were exceptionally friendly and helped answer all my questions. Would recommend SEC to anyone I know looking for an inspection company!
