I had the pleasure of having an inspection with Casey Pryor and I echo the review below me. He is right on it. He's a very smart guy. He did such a detailed inspection for me because I live out of state and I wasn't able to be there for it so he made sure that he got everything that was needed for me to have a excellent view of the home. I now know everything I have to do to maintain the place. If I buy it I know everything I have to do when I move in it is I know everything there is to know about this villa that I'm purchasing and that is amazing to me. I've never had an inspector be this thorough. I trust him. I can't say enough good things about him and also I also echo that he's very personable. He's very professional and he's very available. Went through the whole report with me detail by detail.
