I highly recommend SEC Inspections to anyone needing a thorough inspection. My Inspector Jonathan went above and beyond helping sort out what repairs had and hadn’t been done on a very complicated house, that flooded last year.. We got an initial thorough Inspection and then a reinspection to verify completed repairs, for the mortgage company. Jonathan Completed his report, knowing that I was in a massive time crunch on a Friday night, which I appreciated immensely. Melissa in the office is exceptional with coordinating any appointments I needed to make and relaying the complexities to the inspectors. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!
