We had a blast for our son's first inshore slam week at First Mate Academy Summer Camp. The amount of knowledge he learned from day one until the very last day was priceless. He was able to learn how to cast a bait net, dock lines, rope knots, baiting his hooks, information on the fish they were catching, and most importantly for boat safety and emergencies. Not only did he catch a 23in and 25in Redfish, have fun, but he was able to work as a team on different boats while other students caught their fish too. We love the family Friday fish fry , the kids all were so proud of their catches. Captain Andy, Michelle, and his crew taught respect for each other & also their fellow student colleagues on the water. Thank you again!
