Our middle school aged daughter has always dreaded math. She was anxious about quizzes and tests and seemed to feel defeated before she’d even start. We decided to give Mathnasium a try because helping her with math was getting tougher and tougher. Every time we’ve been there my daughter is greeted by a smiling face and it feels like a pleasant positive environment for learning. The tutors all seem to be equipped to help kids gain a foundation for mathematics, all while being nice folks to be around. In two grading periods our daughter went from failing math to getting an A and the best part is - as a teenage girl that acts like she hates everything - she really seems to enjoy going and values what she’s learning.
