My two children (one boy and one girl) wanted to try karate and I am always happy for them to be in some sort of physical activity, so we gave it a trial run. I could not be more happy with this martial arts school! I expected that they would have a good time and get some exercise, but you get way more from this school than that. I am blown away by the positive changes I have seen in my 5 and 6 year old. The increase in their coordination is incredible as is their respect, focus, and discipline. All of the instructors, especially the owners, are so amazing with the children. They really take the time to help all of the children grow and learn both physically and emotionally. They are just really good people offering an exceptional program for kids!
