- [ ] Martial arts is so much more than your child learning how to defend themselves. It teaches discipline, confidence, respect and so much more. As parents, these are the things we want to teach our children, but at times it can be hard. Level 10 martial arts college has helped teach my 5 year old all of this and so much more! She started martial arts at the age of 4 and was very shy. She didn’t want to step on the mat, she wanted us by her side and she would barely talk. After a couple classes she was on the mat and gaining confidence with each class. She is still a little shy and timid, but it definitely takes her out of her comfort zone. One of the main things I have loved about level 10 is how they teach the children that it is ok to fail at things, as long as you get up and try again. I think this is an important life lesson and I am so glad she is learning it at such a young age. Level 10 martial arts is definitely the best martial arts school around. I would recommend this school for any and every child!
