We have both of our children (ages 6 and 3) in classes at Level 10, and have had a wonderful experience. Our 6 year old has been going for close to 2 years now, and the most significant changes we've noticed are not the ability to punch and kick, but her ability to understand the importance of respect, discipline, and focus. She also eagerly looks for opportunities to help out at home which is great. I'd highly recommend Level 10 to anyone that wants more than just self-defense instruction.
